Where the team sleeps
The Lodge for the group; the Guest Home and cabins for anyone who needs a door and a desk.

Team building here does not need a facilitator. Split into boats for a bass tournament, run the range, take the UTV around the trail, and settle it around the six-foot fire pit.
Your team will not be checking email from a hotel ballroom here. They will be on a porch over a private lake, ninety minutes from Fort Worth, with a classroom for the working sessions and 188 acres for everything else.
We host one organization at a time. The ranch, the range, the boats and the trails are yours for the duration. Dom and Carol live on site and handle the logistics so you can run the agenda.
Bring the whole company. Leave with a team.

4636 Halsell Ranch Road, Graford. From Graford take Highway 4 north seven miles, turn west onto Halsell Ranch Road and follow the gravel four miles; the lake is on your right. About 90 minutes from Fort Worth and two hours from Dallas.
The Lodge, five cabins, the Guest Home, three group campgrounds, seven docks, a 300-yard range and four miles of trail, all behind one gate.
The lay of the land
A spring-fed lake in the hills of the Northern Edwards Plateau
Lake Godstone sits where the limestone hills of Palo Pinto County drop ninety feet from north to south, so every building has a view. The lake is forty feet deep, fed by springs and rainwater, and stocked. The Lodge and its docks sit on the north shore; the Guest Home faces it from across the water; the cabins are scattered along the ridges, and the campgrounds sit above the dam and in the east meadow, far enough apart that nobody hears anyone else.
Every one of these is an add-on to your Lodge booking. Add what you need; the rest stays empty.
The lake
Seven docks, three beaches, no motors
Partially covered docks with benches, swim ladders, mooring posts, fish feeders and night lights. Luke’s Landing beach beside the Lodge, the Spillway beach below the dam, and Cecelia’s Cove in the shade. Canoes, kayaks, pedal boats and the rowboat are included; motorized boats are not allowed, so the water stays glassy.
Things to do
Nobody will be bored
Everything below is included with the Lodge. The UTV, golf carts and firewood are the only things that cost extra.
The practical things
Built for big groups
A few rules that keep it peaceful
Quiet time starts at 10:00 pm. No parties.
Speed limit 15 mph on the ranch roads, and no off-road driving. Your own ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes and motorized watercraft stay at home; ours are available to rent.
Smoking only at the fire pits.
Firearms are used only at the range, with the supervision your group arranges. No hunting.
Swim at your own risk; there are no lifeguards, and children swim with an adult.
Return paddles, oars and life jackets to the campground office.
Bag your trash and drop it in the dumpster at the entrance gate on your way out.
Pets are welcome at the pet-friendly facilities. Horses can stay in the stall and pasture at the Guest Home.
